Full-Service Design- (New Build-Outs) Starting at $10k.

Our full-service design is intended for clients with build-out projects who are looking for expertise in full commercial design. We will collaborate with architects, contractors, and equipment specialize for a seamless experience in creating spaces that are timeless, comfortable, and entirely custom. We oversee the entire process, from construction to final styling. The result is a relaxed, refined office that tailored to your lifestyle.

Design Development Phase

Inspirational zoom meeting, go through your dream offices photos, create an overall design concept

Design Phase

On-site meetings start! This is when we start picking all your final selections. At our first design meeting we will have all your materials to go through. After we make our final selections we then can create your renderings!

Construction Phase

This is the fun part! We will be on-site to checking on the progress. We will be in contact with your contractor during this time and will be giving any layout instructions for materials (if needed).

Final Phase

These are the final days of your project!

If we are helping with the furniture, decor & art we will be styling and placing all pieces! If we not we will do a final walk-thru and take pictures!
